What's Next: We are currently discussing the possibility of picking up again in a few weeks, with the specific goal of weight loss for me. My self-imposed plan worked for a while (I lost 10 lbs / 4.5 kg), but then I stalled and have not made any more progress. My short term goal is to lose another 15 lbs / 6.8 kg. I'm still trying to figure out how to obtain and integrate a chastity device into my life, but it's difficult when your wife is not interested.
